Fees for Psychotherapy Services
Individual Therapy
Initial Assessment Consultation (50 minutes): £80 to £100
Ongoing Sessions (50 minutes): Fees range from £80 to £100 per session
Group Therapy
Initial Assessment Consultation (50 minutes): £60
Ongoing Sessions (90 minutes): Fees range from £40 to £60 per group session
Online Therapy
Individual Therapy - Initial Assessment Consultation (50 minutes): £80 to £100
Ongoing Sessions (50 minutes): Fees range from £80 to £100 per session
Group Therapy - Initial Assessment Consultation (50 minutes): £60
Ongoing Sessions (90 minutes): Fees range from £40 to £60 per group session
I offer a sliding scale, depending on the frequency and type of therapy. Some reduced fee sessions are available. Fees will be re-negotiated on an annual basis in April. Invoices for sessions are given at the end of each month and are payable by the next session. Payment can be made monthly by BACS or in session by cash or card.
Cancelling Sessions
I have a 24 hour cancellation policy for initial and/or one-off appointments. Once we begin to work together, your regular appointment slot will be held for you. An alternative session will be offered, where possible if 24hr notice is given.
Endings
I usually require a minimum of one month's notice of your intention to leave psychotherapy. Ending is an important part of the work, and it is best to allow some time to process this. If you have any concerns about these terms, please do let me know so that we can discuss this further.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are the fees for online therapy different from in-person sessions?
No, our fees for online therapy are the same as our in-person sessions. You will receive the same quality of care and support regardless of the format.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Any missed or cancelled sessions without sufficient notice are charged the agreed session fee.
Do you offer any sliding scale fees or discounts?
We understand that therapy can be a financial commitment. Please contact us directly to discuss if a sliding scale or payment plan is available, based on your circumstances.
How can I make payments for therapy sessions?
Payments can be made via bank transfer or other agreed-upon methods. All fees are due at the end of each month. Fees can be paid at the end of each session, should you wish to do so.
