Suki Batth

BEd(Hons), MATP, MInstGA, UKCP

After receiving a degree in Education with Art & Design and earning Qualified Teacher Status, I went onto to study for a Master of Arts in Transpersonal Psychology from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology.

This led to working as a college lecturer in Further Education for many years, teaching psychology and sociology. To further my clinical experience, I went on to train as a Group Analyst and individual psychotherapist with the Institute of Group Analysis.

The focus of my work for the last several years has been at The Group Therapy Centre seeing individuals and running long term mixed psychoanalytic groups for adults, as a women’s long term psychoanalytic group.  Alongside this I work in private practice with individuals, couples, and groups using a group psychoanalytic approach. I also work as a Work Reflection Group Facilitator for the Foundation Course in Group Analysis.

I am a registered Member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy and a member of the Council for Psychoanalysis and Jungian Analysis College. I am also a registered full Member of the Institute of Group Analysis. I abide by their ethical guidelines and standards for Continuing Professional Development.
